Good Friday Holiday

On Friday, April 18, 2025, all J.P. Morgan Money Market Funds will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025, in observance of Good Friday in the United States. Accordingly, investments and redemptions with respect to J.P. Morgan Money Market Mutual Funds will not be accepted.

Balances invested at the sweep cutoff times on Thursday, April 17, 2025, will remain invested until Monday, April 21, 2025, when funds re-open and sweeps resume. If you are anticipating increased cash inflows/outflows, contact your service officer to modify your target balance or investment cap amount by noon, ET on Friday, April 11, 2025.

Additionally, some J.P. Morgan Money Market Funds may close early on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Lastly, third-party funds will also be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025, and selected third-party funds may close early on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
